Privacy and confidentiality
For licensed medical professionals
Scope
This statement covers information collected through this website and client payment information handled in connection with orders. Separate agreements and product documentation govern other aspects of established client relationships.
What We Collect
From website visitors, only what a professional visitor submits through our contact form: name, credentials, title, organization, work email, telephone, preferred contact time, location, whether the practice currently offers regenerative therapy, and the inquiry itself. Our host also records standard technical data such as IP address and time of access for security purposes.
We do not request patient information, and visitors are asked not to submit patient-identifying or protected health information. Anything received inadvertently is deleted.
Information collected in connection with client orders and payments is described under Payments and Transaction Information below.
What We Do Not Do
No advertising cookies, analytics trackers, social pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
How We Use It
To respond to the inquiry, provide requested professional information, and maintain a record of the correspondence — and, where a professional relationship follows, to administer it. Nothing is used for automated decision-making.
Confidentiality
Professional inquiries are treated as confidential business correspondence. What a practice asks about, is evaluating, or is currently doing is not disclosed to third parties, published, or used as a reference without express permission. Internal access is limited to those who need it to respond.
Service Providers
Submissions are transmitted and stored through our hosting and form-processing provider and screened for automated abuse by a third-party verification service. Both process information on our behalf. Linked third-party sites maintain their own practices, and this statement does not extend to them.
Payments and Transaction Information
We use third-party payment processors and financial partners to process client payments. Transaction information — such as practice name, billing contact, payment method details, and order and invoice records — may be shared with these processors, financial institutions, and card networks as necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, regulatory, and card network requirements. We share only what these purposes require and do not sell client information.
Retention and Security
Information is kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then deleted or archived. It travels over encrypted connections and is stored under access controls appropriate to its nature. No system is entirely secure.
Your Choices
Write to us to access, correct, or delete what you have submitted, or to ask that we stop contacting you.
